Steve Davidson has been appraising complex residential properties in nearly every county in  the state of Utah since 2005. He is a Utah Certified Residential Appraiser and has been awarded the SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute in 2010, the Ad-Valorem designation from the Utah State Tax Commission in 2015, and the outstanding appraiser of the year award from the Utah Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Offices (IAAO) in 2016.

Steve is a Dixie State University Alumni with a degree in communication and business leadership as well as an MBA graduate from Western Governer’s University. Steve serves on the review committee for the Division of Real Estate and loves working and investing in real estate. He has invested and rehabbed many homes since 2006 in Salt Lake, Utah, and Washington County.
