Owner, Managing Partner (Accurity Valuation/Morley & McConkie, LC) Craig Morley is a Certified General appraiser licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
Jeff T. Morley, MAI, SRA - Partner
Jeff Morley is a Certified General Appraiser in Utah and Nevada and has had the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute since July 2014.
Stanford S. McConkie, Jr. MAI, BS - Partner
Stanford S. McConkie Jr. is a Utah State Certified General Appraiser. Mr. McConkie has extensive experience appraising commercial properties in Southern Utah.
Brian Musso - BS - Partner
Brian is a Certified General Appraiser with 10 years of appraisal experience working for Morley & McConkie LC with a primary emphasis on residential appraising.
Garrett Hannig, CGA
Garrett is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Utah. He began his Real Estate Appraising career with Morley & McConkie LC in February of 2006.
Matthew Craig Morley
Matt has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in Utah since in 2007. Matt has appraised both commercial and residential properties in Washington and Iron counties.
Kelly Stapley
Kelly Stapley is a certified residential appraiser. He has been appraising since 2017. Kelly has extensive experience in residential appraising, complex properties and rural locations throughout southern Utah. Kelly is also a certified appraiser in Nevada.
Steve Davidson
Steve Davidson has been appraising complex residential properties in nearly every county in the state of Utah since 2005.
