Craig Morley is a Certified General appraiser licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. His professional associations include: National Association of Appraisers (NAA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Appraisal Institute (AI), Coalition of Appraisers of Nevada (CAN), and Utah Association of Appraisers (UAA). With designations from NAA and NAR.

Craig was appointed to the Utah Appraiser Licensing and Appraisal Board by the Governor of Utah in 2004 to 2012, having chaired the board for 4 of those years. Craig is the past president of the Washington County Board of Realtors, past president of the Utah Association of Realtors, and is currently a Director with the National Association of Appraisers. He is also currently serving in the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee. Craig is a licensed education instructor for Real Estate and Appraisal as well as for Accurity Valuation Corporate Commercial Appraisal Development.

Craig has been a full time real estate appraiser since 1984, with his appraisal experience in appraising most types of commercial property, residential property, easements, water rights. He also has experience in litigation valuation together with residential and commercial development. Craig has been qualified as an expert witness in district court in Utah and Nevada as well as providing testimony in Georgia, US District court and federal bankruptcy courts.

Jeff Morley is a Certified General Appraiser in Utah and Nevada and holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute since July 2014. He has extensive commercial and residential appraisal experience. Jeff has been appraising full time since 2002. Jeff was appointed to a 4-year term on the Utah Appraiser Licensing and Appraisal Board in 2016. He has served as a tax appeal hearing officer for the Board of Equalization in Washington and Iron Counties since 2008.

He specializes in the appraisal of recreational properties in Brian Head, Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake and the surrounding areas. Jeff has experience in appraising properties in Washington, Iron, Kane, Garfield and Beaver counties in Utah and in Clark County, Nevada.

In addition to the appraisal of general commercial properties, Jeff has experience in the appraisal of lodging facilities, restaurants, RV parks, subdivisions, apartment housing and large tracts of land. He also has experience in eminent domain, appraisal work of fee and partial interest acquisitions for Right-of-Way, and utility line easements. Jeff is on the UDOT list of approved appraisers for complex properties.

Mr. McConkie has extensive experience appraising commercial properties in Southern Utah. In 2001 Stanford graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.

Stanford appraises most types of real property including vacant land, commercial property office buildings, retail, and industrial use buildings. He previously served as the sub chapter chairman for Southern Utah for the Appraisal Institute.

Stanford is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, but has met all the educational and experience requirements for the MAI designation. Stanford is on the UDOT list of approved appraisers for complex properties and has extensive experience with right-of-way and perpetual easement appraisals.

Brian’s background is in land and commercial appraising with current primary emphasis on residential appraising. Brian has been with Morley & McConkie since 1999.

He received his degree in Finance from Brigham Young University with a composite minor in Economics and Business. Brian has previous experience in construction management, accounting and sales of financial services.

Garrett’s experience involves the appraising of most types of real property including raw land, subdivisions, improved property, industrial, water rights, and a variety of commercial properties.

Prior to his appraisal career, Garrett periodically worked in the building industry for over ten years utilizing his construction skills in commercial and residential development. In addition to other work experience, he caddied on the PGA Tour from 2000 to 2005. Garrett completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Utah in 2005.

Matt has appraised both commercial and residential properties in Washington and Iron counties. Matt has experience in the appraisal of industrial buildings, office buildings, restaurants, RV parks, subdivisions, vacant land, and a variety of retail oriented properties. However, his primary experience has been in appraising residential properties. Matt has experience appraising high end custom built homes over $1,000,000 and residential income properties.

Matt has taken a number of appraisal related courses including, micro and macro economics, business statistics, financial accounting, managerial accounting, business computer proficiency, business calculus, business law, and statistics, modeling and finance as well as other required appraisal courses. Matt is a CVR specialist through Bradford Technologies and is certified to perform collateral valuation reports. Matt is an FHA approved appraiser.

Kelly Stapley is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Utah and Nevada. He has been appraising since 2017. Kelly has extensive experience in residential appraising, complex properties and rural locations throughout southern Utah. Kelly is also a certified appraiser in Nevada.

Steve Davidson is a Utah Certified Residential Appraiser and has been awarded the SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute in 2010, the Ad-Valorem designation from the Utah State Tax Commission in 2015, and the outstanding appraiser of the year award from the Utah Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Offices (IAAO) in 2016.

Steve is a Dixie State University Alumni with a degree in communication and business leadership as well as an MBA graduate from Western Governer’s University. Steve serves on the review committee for the Division of Real Estate and loves working and investing in real estate. He has invested and rehabbed many homes since 2006 in Salt Lake, Utah, and Washington County.

He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Utah and Nevada. Colt has been with Morley & McConkie since 2022 focusing on residential appraisals throughout southern Utah and Clark county, Nevada.

Stephanie Donovan has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002 involved in various types of work. Most of her experience comes from the mortgage industry at a local Financial Institution. Currently she has been employed at Morley & McConkie LC since 2012 as an appraisal reviewer specializing in commercial appraisal reports. She has served on the board for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and also was a member of the Business of Professional Women organization. She obtained her education at the University of Oregon receiving her Associates of Arts degree.
